Application to After The Wine is a simple 3-Step process.

Select the membership you wish to purchase:
6-month Charter membership for $65 1 year Charter membership for $100

I hereby state that all answers on this application are made truthfully and to the best of my knowledge.

I understand and accept that once I email this application that I also must scan and email or copy and fax or copy and send by U.S. Mail a clear valid copy of my driver’s license in order for my application to be processed.

I understand and accept that the cost of event tickets will be extra and that they are not included in the cost of my membership.

I understand and accept that if proof is ever supplied to After the Wine that I have made any false statements on my application my membership will be immediately terminated and no refund will be given.

I understand and accept that no refunds will be given after membership has been approved.

I understand and accept that After the Wine strongly suggests that before doing so, I conduct a background check on anyone I meet through the group with whom I might be considering having a relationship with, and that I am responsible for all costs associated with this process.

I understand and accept that if I marry at a time while I am still a member that I will no longer be able to attend After the Wine events nor will I receive any refund. However, if I am marrying someone whom I met through After the Wine and send a formal wedding announcement to the main office, I understand that they will send a special gift.

STEP 2 —SENDING PAYMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP

After clicking “Submit Application” to send us your application, you must then click the PayPal button and send us your payment of either $100 or $65 through PayPal. Note: You do not need a PayPal account in order to send money safely and securely world wide from your credit or debit card.

Note: You will be taken to the Payment Screen after you submit your application.

STEP 3 —SENDING A COPY OF YOUR
DRIVER’S LICENSE

Now send us a copy of your current, valid drivers license one of the three following ways. Copies of expired licenses will not be accepted. It must be a clear and legible copy.

Scan your valid drivers license and email it to: Membership@AfterTheWine.com. In the “Subject” line type your name as it appears on your application.
Copy your valid drivers license and fax it to: 248-628-1769. On the cover of the fax under “From”, list your name as it appears on your application.
Copy your valid drivers license and send it through the U.S. Mail to:

The name listed on the copy of your drivers license must match the name on your application and all of the information must be clear and readable!

Once you have completed these 3 steps, you are finished with the application process.

You will be notified by email once your membership has been approved.
